At midday you’ll make your way into our North facing dining space whilst ambient music welcomes you and begin your seated DEGUSTATION EXPERIENCE with a hearty bowl of our famous Hamlet Downs Country Smallgoods Pea and Ham Soup with Sourdough Damper Croutons
Enjoy Steve’s farm made Duck Egg Thick Cut Pasta with Rabbit Ragu finished with our very own 2 year aged crispy Prosciutto
Then enjoy Tasmanian Venison Back Strap stuffed with local cherries and pork farce and finished with a Tasmanian whisky sauce and Field Mushrooms
Round it all out with the star of the show, French style Confit Duck on a bed of Celeriac, Polenta and Pink Eye Potato Mash and Pan Jus, Green Beans and crispy Sage Leaves
