Heritage memorial convict bonnet display from Christina Henri with her story of Roses from the Heart project, a memorial to all women transported as convicts to Australian 1788-1853. Her bonnets symbolise the women whose lives have been shrouded by a veil of amnesia for far too long and tell a powerful sad story.
