The Art & Science of Fermentation | CELLAR TOUR – Two Metre Tall Brewery
A unique, monthly cellar tour with owner and brewer, Ashley Huntington, as he takes you through his unique approach to wild fermentation and an exploration of barrel aging & blending processes.
The tour includes barrel tastings, a comparative taste of bottles from our museum stocks (some over a decade old!), as well as a look at the current releases on offer. As we approach nearly 20 years brewing in Tasmania, we encourage you to take this opportunity to delve with us into the history of what we do on a farm, up a dirt track, in the middle of nowhere!
The tour runs for approximately 3 hours. Light snacks included and you will also have a special something to take home with you.
